In these Terms, "Silken Belle", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business that operates this website under the Silken Belle brand, and "you" refers to the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Our products and how to use them

Silken Belle is a cosmetic product for external use on the skin. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Product descriptions, images and ingredient information are provided in good faith, but they may be updated, and colours and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as skin type, condition and regular use. Customer experiences shared on our website or in our marketing represent individual results and are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Please read the ingredients list and the directions for use before first use, and we recommend a small patch test. If you are pregnant, are under medical treatment, have a skin condition or known allergies, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. A contract between you and Silken Belle is formed at that moment. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order before dispatch, for example where a product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, where we suspect fraud, or where we are unable to verify your details. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Our products are made in limited quantities, and availability is not guaranteed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you place an order. Prices include any sales tax that we are required to collect at checkout, and exclude customs duties and import charges, which are explained in our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed securely by third party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates, preparation times, our maximum waiting period, customs responsibilities and address requirements are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

6. Guarantee, refunds and cancellations

Our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, refund conditions, cancellation rights and statutory rights are set out in our Refund Policy. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific policy on the subject of that policy, the specific policy applies.

7. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotions, bundles and discount codes. Unless stated otherwise, a discount code can be used once per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We may cancel orders that abuse or manipulate a promotion.

8. Using our website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

If you submit a review, comment, photo or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, that it is yours to share, and that it does not infringe the rights of others or contain unlawful or offensive material. You grant us a free, worldwide, non exclusive licence to display that content on our website and channels. We will not use photos in which you can be identified for advertising without your explicit prior consent. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, severe weather, strikes, carrier or customs disruptions, supply interruptions, payment system failures, and acts of governments or authorities.

17. Governing law and resolving disagreements

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Silken Belle is established, without limiting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If a matter cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled by the competent courts, subject to any right you have under the law of your country of residence to bring a claim in your local courts.

• Changes: we may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we give it up.
